Integrated Forging and Machining Process
We internally control the key phases of the production process, from technical definition to part manufacturing and verification, ensuring consistency, reliability, and production stability.
ENGINEERING AND PROCESS DEFINITION
We analyze each project from a technical standpoint to define the most suitable forging process, geometries, material, and manufacturing conditions. This preliminary work is key to ensuring proper industrialization of the part.
TOOLING AND DIE MANUFACTURING
We design and manufacture forging dies and the necessary tooling for production in-house, ensuring process control from the earliest stages and stability in serial manufacturing.
FORGING
We manufacture forged parts through hot stamping, adapting to different geometries, weights, and volumes within our production range, with control of key process parameters.
INTEGRATED MACHINING IN THE PROCESS
When the part requires it, we perform machining operations at our facilities, ensuring dimensional precision and consistency with the forging process, without relying on third parties.
METROLOGY AND DIMENSIONAL CONTROL
We verify critical dimensions and geometries using in-house measuring equipment, including a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), ensuring compliance with technical specifications and production stability.
